Enter Zen Waters Retreat and you are greeted by an ambience of relaxing energy and flow throughout the apartment and Balinese zen outdoor terrace.
Drop the bags and settle in and soak up the surroundings.
Help yourself to our Relaxation Bar and array of teas from the Tea Trolley.
It’s all about reset and relaxation here. An array of things to do including laps in the pool, gym, steam room, spa and sauna located in the nearby Health Club, go for a bike ride along the marina or walk to Semaphore beach, pick a self-development book to read and get comfortable on the futon with the balcony doors open.
The space itself is very relaxing and Adelaide’s Western suburbs best kept secret. Added bonus having access to the health club (2 min walk) from 6am till 10pm to use the pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gym.
We have local dolphins that can be seen regularly in the Port River – right next to the apartment and local seals that you can get right up close to at low tide at the breakwater at Semaphore South.
- The apartment is located on the second level, with water views from the balcony.
- The garden terrace has numerous sitting areas, with a water pond, plants and statues.
- The space has been maximized with simple, elegant and comfortable furniture.
- The sofa can be turned into a day bed for relaxing, perhaps a day time nap or reading.

- Relaxation bar includes some cards, coloring in, crossword books, and a selection of personal development books.
- The tea trolley includes an assortment of different flavored teas, and a fine tea set.
- The kitchen includes a nutribullet and recipe book, all kitchen needs, and a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Short walk to the Marina (one minute) with lovely views and a restaurant. Enjoy the white sands and shallow waters at nearby Semaphore Beach. An array of restaurants, pubs, wine bars, whiskey bars, and Westfield shopping centre all within five minutes drive.
The Port Marina waters have local dolphins that swim regularly around. Get on the water and book a Portobello River Cruiser (smaller personalized boat) or Port River Cruise. Also can hire kayaks on nearby Garden Island and see our local shipwrecks, dolphins and kayak in a hidden oasis within a mangrove stream. And local seals that you can get up close to at Semaphore South.
Two bikes and helmets are provided for exploring nearby attractions.

Ethelton train station is located at the apartment complex on the Outer Harbour line which will take you straight into the city in about 20 mins. Great for city events. Cruise ships also depart from Outer Harbour.
