Open plan living area with fold down sofa bed to enjoy having a rest with the fresh marina breeze through the sliding doors. Dining table with four chairs. Island bench with bar stools.

Self Contained Kitchen

Gas four burner hot plates and oven. Full size fridge and freezer. Microwave and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine.

Living Area Entertainment

50 inch TV fitted with a Amazon Firestick (which you can actually talk to.) Netflix, You Tube, and Amazon Prime Movies. CD Player with meditation CDs, USB speaker to listen to your own music.

Laundry

Large top loader washing machine and dryer.

Balcony

Northern facing and expansive decked patio balcony with multiple sitting areas. Outdoor lounge, reclining chairs, outdoor table, bar stools.

Water Views

Tranquil marina water views from the balcony.

Secure locked up allocated carpark located on the ground level with a high clearance automatic rollerdoor which you will have a remote for access. Also two bikes with helmets kept here locked up for use to visit the local attractions. There is a bike loop around the marina.

 Verified A very pleasant & well equipped apartment with a great balcony. The area was great for exploring by bicycle & the train station just across the road gave good access to the city. Communication with Sarah was excellent.

 Verified A lovely apartment, easy access with clear instructions, parking and the use of bicycles during our stay. The area was quiet and well maintained.Sarah was a responsive host, helpful with queries and took the time to check and make sure all was OK during the stay.Excellent large terrace with plenty of furniture, which captures the sun all day. The pool, sauna, gym was only a minute walk away and quiet whenever we went in.We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking at a stay in the area.
